Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support, Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing * This service sees clients in their homes, at the office, in the community or virtually Resource Centers provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics |
