Description of Services: Programs include:

Métis Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program: Services to families from the prenatal stage to six years of age * supports families with home visits, peer counselling, tracking/monitoring baby weights, advocacy and referrals, access to mental health services, basic necessities (formula and diapers when available) and access to workshops and community events

Community Wellness Program: Supports holistic approaches to the promotion of healthy living and the prevention of family violence * provides peer counselling, access to educational workshops and events, advocacy and referrals, mental health services and assistance completing forms for service providers

Aging at Home Program: Support to Indigenous seniors 55 years of age and older by offering in home supports and contracted services to help individuals live safely and independently within their own homes * some eligibility criteria that a person must meet in order to be eligible for the Program, includes having a financial review done and having a medical referral * types of services available through the program include: in home cleaning, transportation for running errands and contracted services such as lawn care and snow removal
