Program: Aging At Home Program

Organization: Métis Nation of Ontario - Renfrew
Description of Services: Program is designed to provide holistic support to Métis and self-identifying Métis seniors 55 years and over as well as the opportunity to remain living comfortably in their own homes

The program is an in-home service that assists with: light housekeeping, errand support, grocery shopping, medical transportation through gas cards, yard maintenance through a contractor, friendly visiting to reduce isolation, advocacy, and referrals
